We start by calculating a health score for each individual & making key recommendations for improvement. We then provide education, coaching & motivational support (both 1-to-1 & in groups) to enable everyone to make practical, sustainable changes & to enhance their scores over time.

How does it work?

  • In person testing

    This includes memory, flexibility, balance, strength, cardiovascular fitness, blood sugar and much more - suitable for any age and ability, not just fitness fanatics. We can conduct all the testing in your workplace, c.60 mins per individual.

  • Lifestyle analysis

    As well as in person testing, a comprehensive lifestyle analysis is conducted covering areas such as sleep, eating & drinking habits, movement & exercise.

  • Individual coaching

    We aim to make it as simple and enjoyable as possible for people to change their habits for the better. Working with individuals in-person, through video or on our app. Each member of the team is given a breakdown of their results and provided with on-going support to improve their health.

  • Your team. Your community.

    We can bring your company together in engaging & enjoyable ways around these topics, organising events such as sports days, alcohol-free drinks tasting sessions & healthy cooking workshops.
