Within each metric, we use clinically reliable and validated tests, such as a VO2max assessment, to measure the most important markers of health, each scientifically researched with a proven link to health, wellbeing, mortality, and longevity.

How we calculate your score

    …with our expert team of physiologists. This includes memory, flexibility, balance, strength, cardiovascular fitness, blood sugar and much more - suitable for any age and ability, not just fitness fanatics. We conduct all testing in our specialised facilities.

  • A lifestyle analysis

    …covering areas such as sleep, eating & drinking habits, movement & exercise. We help you identify opportunities to make improvements to your health and wellbeing outside of the gym.
