  • Building healthier and happier teams – helping you to understand what can make you and your team healthier. Health assessments, community events and 1-1 support for the entire team.

  • A deep dive into your performance as a professional, semi-professional or everyday athlete. We analyse your strength, power, skill, cardiovascular, agility and mobility. We then create a plan to improve your key metrics. COMING SOON.

Your hawqscore

We start by calculating a health score for each individual & making key recommendations for improvement. We then provide education, coaching & motivational support (both 1-to-1 & in groups) to enable everyone to make practical, sustainable changes & to enhance their scores over time.

How does it work?

  • One of two inputs used by our expert team of physiologists to calculate your hawqscore. This includes memory, flexibility, balance, strength, cardiovascular fitness, blood sugar and much more - suitable for any age and ability, not just fitness fanatics. We can conduct all the testing in your workplace, c. 60 mins per individual.

  • The second part of your score calculation. This covers areas such as sleep, eating & drinking habits, movement & exercise.

  • We aim to make it as simple and enjoyable as possible for people to change their habits for the better, utilising the power of working as a group wherever we can.

    • Live or online group learning sessions - eg How to be less Distracted; Breathing & Meditation; Daily Movement & Stretching.

    • Individual 30-minute clinics (in the workplace) - eg Sleep, Nutrition.

    • Our own app to deliver personalised exercise programmes.

    • Regular informative & motivational content via chosen productivity channels, including recommended podcasts, articles & other resources.

  • We will bring your company together in engaging & enjoyable ways around these topics, organising events such as sports days, alcohol-free drinks tasting sessions & healthy cooking workshops.
